October found us enjoying the harvest. We tasted melons, tomatoes, and more, including some delicious roasted blue potatoes and squash (the squash we grew out in the median!). We also planted a bit of a fall garden. A freeze was anticipated in late October, and the Green Chillis busily harvested the last of this season’s produce. This resulted in an extra-large load to the food pantry!
