Green Chillis was wrapping up for the year, but we couldn't say goodbye without sampling our garlic harvest! Learning from our garlic tasting last year, we made crackers to eat along with the garlic, and instead of braving raw cloves, we roasted the garlic heads until they were soft and creamy. We tasted all three kinds of garlic we had grown, and we even ground the wheat for the crackers! All-in-all, a fantastic garlic-tasting experience.
We met once more before winter break to reflect on this past year and talk about things we look forward to for the next growing season.
